3. Video and Audio Processing

When you record a practice session:

• Video files are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers
• Audio is temporarily processed through OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription and analysis
• Transcriptions are used to generate feedback on pace, clarity, filler words, and structure
• Audio data is not retained by OpenAI after processing

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Companies that help us operate the app (OpenAI for AI analysis, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Apple for authentication)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
